Returns & Shipping Policy
Returns
We accept returns in line with UK consumer law. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again before the order is re-shipped.

If an order is not collected, refused, or incorrectly addressed and does not require re-shipping, a 25% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
International Orders
For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs charges or refusal, the 25% restocking and handling fee will apply.

Exceptions
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, custom, or personalised reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
